Getting Help With The MedEquip Alert™
Help is available in a matter of seconds, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In the event of an emergency, you simply need to press and hold the soft, ergonomic SOS button for two seconds and then release. After you press the button, the system will connect you immediately to the Monitoring Center on the two-way, audio speaker. The emergency operator will then assess your situation and dispatch emergency help and/or call your emergency contact.
The emergency responder will already have your name, address, phone number on hand, and because of the enhanced GPS they will immediately be alerted of your current location.
In the event you are unable to open the door for first responders, the optional lockbox can enable emergency responders to enter your home without causing extensive damage.

We Have Your Personal Profile On File
When you order your MedEquip Alert™, you will provide us with some basic personal information. Your name, address, phone number and preferred emergency contacts will be recorded and stored in your profile. The monitoring call center will have all of this information on file as well as your location. They will be able to speak to emergency responders on your behalf to ensure you receive the right care.
